F.A.Q.
:
1.
The ‘Allopass’ code doesn’t work.
Make
sure you write down the correct code when you hear the telephone
message.
Your navigator must be set up to accept cookies. If the problem
persists:
1
– Open an Internet Explorer window.
2- Click on the "tools" menu, then click "options
internet".
3 - Click on the security tab, and drag the slider to choose
set the security setting on Medium.
The
Allopass server may have a temporary problem. You may have
to wait a bit and then try again. You code is valid for 24
hours.
Once
you have entered your code, you may have to wait until the
download starts.
2.
The video doesn’t work:
In
order to correctly play the videos, you must have the latest
version of Windows Media Player. (Not the Real Player, but
the Windows Media Player!).
Otherwise
you can download the WMV and Divx codecs. You need to download
the good video codecs (a codec is a small program which allows
your player to read and decode the video and sound).
You
can use the BSPlayer software to play your videos. It is easy
to use and free.
3.
The download was interrupted. :
It happens rarely, but it is possible. All you need to do
is wait a bit, then try again, your code is valid for 24 hours.
Before
restarting your download empty your cache.
- Click on the "Tools" menu then on "options
Internet"
- Click on the button "empty Cache" in the
Temporary Internet files.
